Sometimes it helps to have someone experienced, independent and confidential to talk things through with.
What does mentoring with me look like?
I keep it deliberately straightforward. We talk.
You bring whatever is most important to you at the time. It might be strategy, staff, an opportunity, technology, cash flow, growth, succession or a difficult decision.
The conversation is driven by what matters to you and your business at that point in time.
What should you expect from me?
I’ll listen, ask questions and give you my perspective.
I’ll challenge your thinking when I think it’s helpful, and I’ll tell you what I genuinely think — even if it isn’t what you expected to hear.
I won’t pretend to know everything. If you need specialist legal, accounting, financial or technical advice, I’ll say so.

Who is mentoring for?
Business mentoring can be useful whether your business is well established, relatively new, growing quickly or facing a difficult decision.
I work best with business owners and leaders who are open to a different perspective and comfortable having their thinking challenged.
You might be working through a specific issue, considering a new opportunity, or simply wondering what comes next.
The size of the business matters less than your willingness to have an open conversation.

There are things you may not want to discuss with employees, your board, business partners or even family.
Our conversations are confidential, and I’m independent of your business. I don’t have a position to defend, a product to sell or a predetermined solution.
That means we can talk openly about what’s really happening — including the things that can be difficult to say to anyone else.
Sometimes simply saying things out loud to someone independent can change the way you see them.
How does it work?
Mentoring is deliberately flexible.
Some people like to talk regularly. Others contact me when a particular issue, opportunity or difficult decision comes up.
There’s no fixed program and no required number of meetings. You decide when a conversation would be useful.
1 hour — $330 including GST
10 hours purchased in advance — $2,970 including GST
